U.S. automaker General Motors, confront the past few months a series of security problems, announced Friday that it was conducting four new reminders for a total of 428,211 vehicles in the United States.
Some vehicles concerned have a software defect that can cause the vehicle to start when it is stopped or otherwise interrupting the supply wheels unexpectedly.
This problem affects four-wheel drive versions of the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2014-2015 vintage, the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban vintage 2015 and GMC Yukon and Yukon XL vintage 2015.
In total, 392,459 vehicles are affected in the United States by default, which requires a recalibration of the transfer case, and 53,607 in Canada. GM sold 20,874 copies of these models in the world.
Reminders Friday also include 33,000 Chevrolet Cruze due to a potential risk airbags.
The manufacturer shall also return 1939 Chevrolet Corvette to replace shock absorbers and 4794 Chevrolet Caprice Police Chevrolet SS and a wiper problem.
GM has recalled more than 20 million vehicles worldwide since the beginning of the year for various security problems.
